☹️ More than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s. By 2050, this number is projected to rise to nearly 14 million.

😶 Alzheimer’s disease is the 6th leading cause of death in the U.S. in 1998 it was 12th.

🤨 1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. It kills more than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.

💊 In 2020, Alzheimer’s and other dementias will cost the nation $305 Billion. By 2050, these costs could rise as high as $1.1 trillion.

It doesn't just happen to "old people."

If you’re thinking, “damn that is scary, but I’m young, I’m fine.”

I would challenge that belief.

Neurodegeneration starts as early as your 20’s.

It may show up as Alzheimer’s at 70, but it started when you were young (maybe right now?)

My name is Miles and I suffered from severe brain fog for 6 years. I’m from Austin, Texas and currently live in Denver, Colorado.

I’m a copywriter, marketer and brain nerd. Once I got a taste of true clarity and brain health, I could never go back.

I’m constantly exploring new realms within brain health and mental performance.

I believe most of us run at about 20-30% capacity and I want to help thousands of people enter a thriving state of 90% and above.

Why I created BrainThrive

As I started to write about my experience with brain fog, people began reaching out to me.

I became deeply passionate about the brain and dove headfirst into learning everything about it.

I started to learn the foundation that the brain is built on and all of its vulnerabilities.

I started seeing patterns.

I began to formulate a process to not only eliminating brain fog, but also for creating a thriving brain.

One that’s quick, sharp, strong and healthy. One that effortlessly flows through conversations.

Too many of us know someone that suffers from a serious neurodegenerative disease (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Dementia).

I went to many doctors who tried to sell me a pill or tell me I had ADHD.

I now understand the best thing I can do is learn how to take care of my brain on a daily bases by adopting the right habits.

This group was created to be a light at the end of a foggy tunnel.

My mission is to help 500 people go from foggy to fit.

I suffered from severe brain fog for 5 years​

I didn’t even know what brain fog was for the first year or so.

Once I did, I had no clue how to get rid of it!

  • I lost my train of thought constantly
  • I could barely hold a normal conversation
  • I couldn’t find words

Doctors didn’t help and I slipped into depression.

I obsessed over every little thing I ate or drank, but nothing was working.

I was stuck in the fog forever!
