I’ve been there. I’ve done it.
I had severe brain fog for 6 years.
Then, after 30 days of going all in on clearing my fog, it was gone. For good.
I want to show you how you can do it too.
We go to the gym for our bodies, but never lift weights or do yoga for our brain.
Sitting on your shoulders is the most complicated object in the known universe (Michio Kaku), we should start treating it that way.
There are more foggy brains than ever (known and unknown).
In other words, more brains are running at about 10-30% capacity and doing everything they can to keep up with today’s ever-changing world.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s why we see more depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, ADHD, and neurodegenerative diseases than ever in human history.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And this isn’t slowing down…
Heart.org shares the following:
Poor brain health is more serious than you think
The brain begins showing signs of cognitive decline as a person enters their 20s.
3 out of 5 Americans will develop a brain disease in their lifetime.
Failing brain health is a public health epidemic.
Alz.org states:
More than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s. By 2050, this number is projected to rise to nearly 14 million.
Alzheimer’s disease is the 6th leading cause of death in the U.S. in 1998 it was 12th.
1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. It kills more than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.
In 2020, Alzheimer’s and other dementias will cost the nation $305 Billion. By 2050, these costs could rise as high as $1.1 trillion.
If you’re thinking, “damn that is scary, but I’m young, I’m fine.”
I would challenge that belief.
Neurodegeneration starts as early as your 20’s.
It may show up as Alzheimer’s at 70, but it started when you were young (maybe right now?)
If you feel foggy, forgetful, lethargic, fatigued or distracted, I invite you to do something about it.
These are often early signs up brain-related diseases.
I say this not to scare you, but to call you to action.
Researchers tell us that attention and focus are the raw materials of human creativity and flourishing. And in the age of increased automation, the most sought-after jobs are those that require creative problem-solving, novel solutions and the kind of human ingenuity that comes from focusing deeply on the task at hand. - Nir Eyal
A foggy brain is not creative or focused.
An unhealthy brain struggles to solve problems.
This affects your immediate wellbeing, not just your future health.⠀
But, there is no need to worry.
It’s not hard to take care of your brain.
The concepts and the exercises are simple and the results are often immediate and long-lasting.
Today's best options consist of [A] going to your general practitioner and having them try to fit your round symptoms into a square hole. Or, [B] waste tons of money & time trying to find the right specialist who may or may not be able to help you heal your brain.
Inside of this workshop, we will dive into each phase and give you the tools to lift your fog. You’ll not only learn how to heal your brain, but also how to build a thriving brain.
My name is Miles and I suffered from severe brain fog for 6 years. I’m from Austin, Texas and currently live in Denver, Colorado.
I’m a copywriter, marketer and brain nerd. Once I got a taste of true clarity and brain health, I could never go back.
I’m constantly exploring new realms within brain health and mental performance.
I believe most of us run at about 20-30% capacity and I want to help thousands of people enter a thriving state of 90% and above.
My mission with BrainThrive is to help transform 500 brains from foggy to fit.
I love to camp, hike, travel, write, connect, play the guitar and think.
I would be honored to help you make brain fog a fun fact about your past. Follow me on Instagram. DM me any questions you have about the workshop.
The term “Brain Fog” has broad and varying definitions.
Most doctors don’t have a diagnosis for it and therefore give false direction (as I experienced).
More people than ever are experiencing different levels of brain fog.
They’re looking for answers and finding unhelpful articles. They’re spending tons of money trying to find help.
You’re the one who’s going to lift your brain fog. No one else.
It took me 6 years to learn that.
No, it wasn’t easy. But it worked.
I want to show you how you can take your power back, heal yourself, and thrive.
Join me.
As I started to write about my experience with brain fog, people began reaching out to me.
I got messages like…
I became deeply passionate about the brain and dove headfirst into learning everything about it.
I started to learn the foundation that the brain is built on and all of its vulnerabilities.
I started seeing patterns.
I began to formulate a process to not only eliminating brain fog, but also for creating a thriving brain.
One that’s quick, sharp, strong and healthy. One that effortlessly flows through conversations.
Too many of us know someone that suffers from a serious neurodegenerative disease (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Dementia).
The worst part is, it’s a fairly simple process!
It can be as simple as 5 minutes a day and a couple lifestyle changes. Nothing crazy.
After seeing how serious and prevalent brain fog it, I thought about how I can provide this transformation for those who suffer from brain fog?
People like you.
I figured, get the right people in the same room, talk about brain fog (what it is, what causes it and how to get rid of it), and empower people with real world answers, solutions, and tools.
I went to many doctors who tried to sell me a pill or tell me I had ADHD.
I now understand the best thing I can do is learn how to take care of my brain on a daily bases by adopting the right habits.
This group was created to be a light at the end of a foggy tunnel.
My mission is to help 500 people go from foggy to fit.
I’d love for you to be one of them.

I didn’t even know what brain fog was for the first year or so.
Once I did, I had no clue how to get rid of it!
Doctors didn’t help and I slipped into depression.
I obsessed over every little thing I ate or drank, but nothing was working.
I was stuck in the fog forever!
To thrive, we must heal our hearts and our brains. Harmony between the two will give you infinite vitality and focus to take your life back. I’m dedicated to helping 500 brains transform from foggy to fit.
